Advocate, founder of the law firm

Monika Jirásková graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. During her studies she completed a study stay in Valencia, Spain. In the past, long lived, He studied and worked in the UK, in the USA and in France. For a year 2010 runs his law office. It mainly deals with criminal law, civic and corporate, disputes, legal proceedings litigation procedures, and immigration. He speaks Czech, English and Spanish.

Mgr. PETR JIRÁSEK

Permanently cooperating lawyerst

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 1996, subsequently he practiced as a trainee lawyer and since 2000 provides legal services as a lawyer. Previously, than in 2020 established cooperation with AK Monika Jirásková, he worked in several important international and domestic law firms. He was a partner in the law firm MIKŠ for almost seventeen years & SUK. It focuses mainly on the law of obligations, corporate law, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. He also provides legal advice, especially in the field of tourism, development activities, acquisition and rental of real estate, insolvency, and labor law. He speaks Czech, German and English.

MGR. PETR TAUC

Permanently cooperating lawyerst

Petr Tauc graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. Already in the course of legal studies he spent several months at a school in Perth, Australia. Furthermore gained practical experience in private and public law on professional internship at the District Court in Nymburk and also a paralegal in a leading Czech law firm, which in addition to general practice also included the management of insolvency administrator's office. The AK Monica Jirásková has since 2016 and mainly deals with legal issues within the civil, labor and criminal law. He speaks Czech and English.
